How do your courses work?

In Person Courses:

Once your order your in person class we will email you directions to the class and other details about the class.

Online Courses:
Once you purchase the course through our online store, you will receive an email telling you that your download is ready. Click on the link and it will take you to your course. You have 365 days after purchase to submit credit.
Once you have completed the course you will the test answer sheet to us by mail, email or fax.

What does your NCBTMB number mean?
What this means is that we are an nationally approved provider to give you continuing education. In Florida, you have to at least be a board approved provider, which we are (50-12773), but if you obtained national licensure by taking some form of the NCBTMB exam and are nationally certified and would like to renew that certificate, we can help. When renewing your national certification it is important that you get your CEU hours through an NCBTMB approved provider, which we are (451576-11). Please visit www.ncbtmb.org if you have further questions about their requirements.

How do I know how many Credit Hours I will get?

                       All information is on the specific course page.
It will be at the top of the course page on the right hand side in bold letters and will state the specific number of CE hours you will get. You will also see the number of credits next to each course in the store.

How do I know if your company is real?

Good question. You can check us out on www.cebroker.com and type in our provider number 50-12773 to verify that we are a continuing education provider in the state of Florida. On a national level you can go to www.ncbtmb.org and type in our provider number 451576-11 and it will show you details about the company.

I am a student may I attend a course?

Yes you can, it will be the same cost and preparation as already licensed professionals.
However, no CE Hours will be awarded since you are still a student.
